Construction loans and draws are easy to calculate and maintain
through customized reporting features specific to the residential
or commercial building process. Job specific draw reports are
immediately available and ready for the bank or customer when
construction loans are used during the building process. This
draw history is conveniently saved and available to view when
jobs are completed and closing documents are being prepared.
Our fully integrated Accounts Receivable module tracks customer
history, from invoicing to posting of payments for deposits.
Statements for aging customers as well as finance charge calculation
processing is available. Salesperson tracking is supported,
with commission calculation available through multiple reporting
schemes.
